RETURN – WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
INSTRUCTION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail). The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal: in the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the items (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The amount of these costs is estimated at a maximum of about PLN 20.
We point out that you are responsible for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
The personal data provided by you will be processed by the Seller for the purposes related to the execution of your withdrawal from the contract and the fulfillment of the related requests and under the terms of the relevant legislation. You have the right to request from the data controller access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
