Right after placing the order, you will receive an e-mail with order confirmation. After order
placement, our representatives will proceed to its realization. The client will be kept informed about the parcel status.

We do our best to deliver the ordered goods as quickly as possible. The clothes available on
the website are sewn individually to be in line with each and every order placed. We would
like to inform that waiting time may depend on the quantity of the goods purchased.

DETAILS

The courier company we cooperate with does its best to deliver the ordered goods on the

next day (on working days) between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.

InPost parcel boxes – delivery within 1-2 business days from the moment of sending the
goods; delivery to a selected parcel box located within the borders of Poland

PAYMENT

Digital payment – the most convenient and fast method of order realization. During business
hours, funds are typically transferred to our bank account immediately (with exceptions
caused by varying working hours of several banks). In said case, we can immediately proceed to order realization.

Payment via bank transfer – order processing time depends on the date of payment
registration. Depending on the bank, it usually takes up to two business days. After the
payment is registered on our bank account, we will proceed to order realization.
